Sessions restarted!
A fitness photo session in my West London Studio seemed still really far away a couple of months ago. How I have missed my studio and my clients! Initially, I could only offer outdoor sessions, mainly for families. Finally I could also open my studio for sessions again. Surprisingly, apart from headshots, I primarily did commercial shoots. With the beautiful weather at the moment and spring in full bloom, families still prefer the outdoors. That’s fine by me – let’s enjoy the sun.

Sculpting with light
An outdoor session, however, was not an option for this young man. Gelegu is a fitness enthusiast who spends a lot of time and effort on sculpting his body. We really wanted to show off what he has achieved by making use of the studio lights.
Expression
I know he wanted to look tough, but he was so much fun to work with, I had to capture his gorgeous smile as well.
My favourite
Without doubt, these two images are my favourites from the session. I love the focus and concentration in the first one and the utter dedication in the second! You can see, he loves what he is doing!
A little BTS clip
It’s rare to see me in front of a camera. Gelegu wanted to capture our session for his vlog – and I happily said yes. So now you have a chance for a peek into this fitness photo session in West London.
And I better go to the gym now…
I love my job!
All I can say is – I love my job. The variety of people and photo sessions I encounter is so exciting. No session is like the other. From tiny dogs in fluffy jumpers to buff guys with dumbbells.
